Tyler Garrard brings a people-first mindset, strong communication skills, and a natural curiosity to his role at Goebel Commercial Realty. Originally from Owensboro, Kentucky, he graduated from Murray State University with a degree in Graphic Communications Media and a minor in Psychology. It was during college that Tyler discovered his passion for property management and helping people find a place they’re proud to call home.
He earned his real estate license during his senior year and spent time in real estate sales before realizing his true passion was building lasting relationships through property management. Tyler joined Team Goebel as a Leasing Agent and has been growing in the industry ever since.
Known for his leadership and thoughtful decision-making, Tyler is someone teammates and residents alike turn to for guidance. He genuinely enjoys getting to know people and believes everyone has a story worth learning from.
Outside of work, Tyler stays busy with a wide range of interests—from drumming and DJing to video and photo editing, gaming with friends, and anything Marvel-related. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Taylor, and their two dogs, Kash and Denver. When he’s not working or creating, you can usually find him diving into new topics, learning something new, or keeping up with the latest in tech and AI.
