Regional Director | Real Estate Broker
Michele Rogers’ path into property management started with a leap of faith—and turned into a career she’s incredibly proud of. When a family friend encouraged her to try out a property manager role in a field she hadn’t planned on, Michele stepped in as manager of Eastlodge Apartments. Not long after, the property transitioned to Goebel Realty, and what could have been an uncertain moment became one of the luckiest changes in her life. Goebel saw her potential, kept her on, and the rest is history. Over the years, Michele advanced from managing properties to leading larger, more complex teams, ultimately serving as Assistant Regional Director before stepping into her current role as Regional Director.
Michele’s superpower is equal parts problem-solver and fun-maker. She’s calm in a crisis, adaptable in any situation, and known for finding solutions where others see obstacles. Having navigated a wide range of life experiences, she connects easily with people from all walks of life. What she loves most is creating a work environment that’s supportive, positive, and feels more like home than work.
Her leadership and growth have been recognized throughout her career, including earning Most Improved Manager of the Year in 2010 and Manager of the Year in 2011. Michele attended Harrison High School and spent several years at the University of Southern Indiana before entering the full-time workforce. She later became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2014.
Outside of work, Michele’s favorite role is being a mom—the true highlight of her life. Much of her time is spent at extracurricular activities, but when she gets a moment to herself, she enjoys baking, decorating cakes, singing karaoke, and watching movies. A fun fact many don’t know: she and her husband own over a thousand movies and actually met while working at Blockbuster in the early 2000s.
Known for being honest, no-nonsense, and loyal to a fault, Michele is deeply passionate about taking care of people—a calling shaped early in life while helping care for her parents with special needs. She is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Southwestern Indiana Association of Realtors, an alumna of Alpha Sigma Alpha Sorority, and—when she’s not in the office—can often be found fulfilling her duties as a PTA member or fundraising for the Booster Club and a doing whole lot of behind-the-scenes cheering at Studio Vibe Dance Co.
