Dedra D.

Dedra joined Goebel Commercial Realty, Inc. in 2011 as a Property Manager in Training. Quickly promoted, she has been Property Manager of Chapelwood Place in Henderson, Kentucky and Eastlodge Apartments. In 2013, Dedra became the Property Manager of our corporate scattered sites.

She manages apartments and rental homes in Vanderburgh and Warrick Counties, including Mulberry Square Apartments, Century Place and Colonial Apartments in Evansville and Concord Green Apartments in Newburgh.

Dedra’s efforts have been recognized many times at Goebel:

• 2013 – Manager of the Year
• 2014 – Most Improved Property Manager
• 2017 – Most Valuable Team Player

She has a wonderful ability to transition an apartment complex into a community! Having an extensive background in the apartment industry – starting in 1995 as a leasing consultant, Dedra found her niche in customer service and her love of our industry.

Dedra loves enjoying time with her family and is the proud mother of 2 daughters. Her family has 2 rescue fur babies – both a dog and a cat. In her spare time, Dedra loves promoting care for the environment and community outreach.
