Courtney S.

A Newburgh native, Courtney first joined Goebel Realty in 2008 as a summer intern at Eagle Village. Her passion and drive quickly helped her move up the ranks—from Resident Assistant to Leasing Agent at Golden Tower, and later Leasing Manager at Concord Green. After leaving in 2010 to pursue graduate school, she briefly returned in the summer of 2011 to lend a helping hand.

Fast forward thirteen years, Courtney relocated back to the area just as a position opened up in Accounting—and was welcomed back to the Goebel family with open arms.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Southern Indiana and an MBA from Salem University.

Outside of work, Courtney loves spending time with her husband, their two boys, and their boxer. Whether cheering at team activities, working in the yard, or splashing in the pool, she enjoys every moment of being home again. A little bit crafty at heart, she also loves to build and create things for their home or others.

A lifelong athlete, Courtney’s passion for sports runs deep. She grew up playing softball and soccer, competed in intramural and club leagues at USI, and even became a four-sport NCAA DII athlete in soccer, cross country, bowling, and softball while earning her MBA—later staying on to coach for two more years.

Courtney is excited to be back where it all began—part of the Goebel team once again, contributing her experience and enthusiasm to the company’s continued success.
