Christy  began her property management career in the mid-1990s and quickly discovered her talent for organization, leadership, and achieving results. Over the years, she’s built a proven track record of improving properties, strengthening teams, and maintaining high standards across every community she’s led.

Her success and professionalism caught the attention of Goebel Realty’s leadership team, who reached out and invited her to meet with owner Marlin Goebel. Recognizing her expertise and drive, they offered her the opportunity to join the company as a Property Manager—and she’s been an integral part of the Goebel Team ever since.

Christy is known for her direct, no-nonsense approach and her ability to stay composed and effective in any situation. She expects excellence from herself and her team, and her results speak for themselves.

A graduate of M.C. Rogers and Vincennes University with an Associate of Arts in Marketing, Christy brings strong business insight and operational efficiency to her role.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, trying new recipes, and camping with her family. Well organized, driven, and involved in her church community, Christy represents the commitment and excellence that define the Goebel Team.
