Cassidy Goebel brings fresh energy, strong organizational skills, and a modern perspective to Goebel Realty. As a licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker, she works with buyers and sellers to make the real estate process feel organized, approachable, and less overwhelming.
Cassidy joined the family business near the end of her college career, beginning as a leasing agent in the multifamily housing industry. That experience gave her a strong foundation in customer service, property presentation, marketing, and the importance of clear communication. She now applies those skills to residential real estate sales, helping clients stay informed and confident throughout each stage of a transaction.
Known for her positivity and attention to detail, Cassidy is especially skilled at organization, creative marketing, social media, and presenting properties in a way that connects with today’s buyers. She takes the time to understand each client’s goals and is committed to providing responsive service, dependable follow-through, and a positive experience from the first conversation through closing.
Cassidy’s contributions and professional potential were recognized when she received Goebel Realty’s Rising Star Award in 2024.
She attended Evansville Day School and Murray State University before earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Management from the University of Southern Indiana. Cassidy has been a licensed Indiana real estate professional since May 2024 and is an active member of the Southwest Indiana Association of Realtors®.
Outside of work, Cassidy enjoys spending time with her puppy, Mabel, traveling, creating content, and taking on home-improvement projects. She is also a quadruplet, which may help explain her natural teamwork skills and ability to connect with a wide range of personalities.
