Cassidy joined the family business toward the end of her college career, stepping into the multifamily world as a leasing agent and quickly making her mark. Now a licensed real estate broker, she brings fresh energy, strong organizational skills, and a modern perspective to the team—especially when it comes to social media and brand presence.
Known for her positivity and attention to detail, Cassidy is someone coworkers turn to for organization, creative ideas, and a boost to the workplace vibe. Her impact hasn’t gone unnoticed—she was honored with the Rising Star Award in 2024, recognizing both her contributions and her potential.
Cassidy’s educational journey includes Evansville Day School, Murray State University (shoes up!), and the University of Southern Indiana (go Screagles!), where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Management. She has been a licensed Indiana real estate professional since May 2024 and is an active member of SIAR.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find Cassidy playing with her sweet puppy, Mabel, planning her next travel adventure, creating content, or tackling her latest home project. Fun fact: she’s a quadruplet—which might explain her natural teamwork skills and infectious positive energy.
