Brittavia began her professional journey as a phlebotomist but soon realized she wanted a career with more daily connection and community impact. That search led her to property management—and ultimately to Goebel Realty, where she found the perfect fit for her people-first approach.
Her superpower is her ability to listen without judgment. Friends, family, and coworkers alike know they can come to her for understanding and support. At work, Brittavia loves meeting new people and helping them find a place they can truly call home.
A graduate of Benjamin Bosse High School in Evansville, Brittavia started her education in Virginia before finishing here in Indiana. When she’s off the clock, she enjoys quiet moments—reading fiction and autobiographies, relaxing at home, and spending time with her daughter.
Known for her ever-changing hairstyles and her thoughtful, observant nature, Brittavia brings both creativity and compassion to everything she does. She’s passionate about helping others, knowing firsthand how meaningful it can be when someone makes a positive difference in your life.
