Brandon J. Czoer
Brandon J. Czoer, joined the company in June 2000 and worked as a member of the maintenance team until 2002 when he was promoted to assistant property manager. Brandon worked as an assistant manager working at various properties in Evansville, IN while earning a bachelors degree at the University of Southern Indiana. In 2005 he was promoted to property manager for Golden Tower Apartments.
In April 2007 after graduation Brandon pursued a career with an Advertising and Marketing Firm in Indianapolis, IN performing business operations and creating an innovative start-up program to increase NOI. June 2009 Brandon left Indianapolis and became a member of the upper management team at Goebel Commercial Realty. Brandon obtained his Indiana Real Estate Sales Person license in February of 2010 and has taken over as the realtor over the Brickyard Condominiums.
Brandon’s responsibilities at Goebel Commercial Realty, Inc., include: acting as a company regional director; supervision and training of property managers; assistant managers; leasing and service staff; meeting with and assisting with property owners’ needs; marketing services and meeting with potential clients; financial analytics, compliance enforcement, budgeting, commercial and residential real estate sales.
Brandon graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in December of 2006. He earned a degree in Accounting Professional Services and also in Business Finance. In addition to his accounting and finance degree, Brandon has worked in the Indianapolis Advertising and Marketing industry.
