Andrea Phillips joined Goebel Commercial Realty, Inc. in 2011 as a Leasing Agent at Golden Tower Apartments, and it didn’t take long for her talent and drive to shine. She was promoted to Assistant Manager later that same year and became Property Manager in 2012. In 2016, Andrea stepped into an exciting new challenge as Property Manager of WaterStone at Green River, Goebel’s newest development at the time. Today, she serves as Director of the HOA & Associations Department, where she supports and guides Goebel’s HOA and condominium association clients with expertise and care.
Andrea’s “superpower” is her unmatched organization skills—paired with a strong sense of teamwork, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to keep multiple projects moving smoothly at once. If there’s a process to streamline, a detail to double-check, or a plan to perfect, Andrea is the one people turn to. Her dedication and leadership have been recognized time and again, earning her several company awards, including Most Valuable Team Player, Most Improved Manager, and an impressive six Manager of the Year honors.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Southern Indiana and brings both structure and heart to everything she does. Outside the office, Andrea enjoys crafting, planning parties and events for family and friends, diving into a good mystery book, and unwinding with a binge-worthy TV series. On occasion, she even jumps in to help a friend’s catering business during special events—because organization and hospitality are kind of her thing.
Above all, Andrea loves a well-organized space (and life!) and is a proud dog mom to Bailey, her sweet miniature goldendoodle. Whether she’s managing associations or planning the perfect event, Andrea brings enthusiasm, precision, and a personal touch that makes a lasting impact as a member of Team Goebel.
