Amanda began her journey in the multifamily industry 18 years ago, starting out as a Leasing Agent. Within just six months, her dedication and natural leadership skills led her to become a Scattered Site Property Manager—a role that laid the foundation for her continued success. Today, she proudly serves as the Property Manager of the historic McCurdy Evansville, where her years of experience and passion for helping residents find a sense of home truly shine.
Throughout her career, Amanda’s hard work has not gone unnoticed. She has received multiple honors, including Most Improved Property/Manager from Goebel Realty and Manager of the Year with a previous employer.
A proud graduate of Harrison High School, Class of 2002, Amanda also holds her CAM Certification and Tax Credit Certification.
Outside of work, Amanda loves spending time with her family, her kiddo, and her two cats. When she gets the chance to unwind, you might find her assembling LEGO sets—a hobby that lets her creativity and attention to detail shine.
